Rachel Szalkiewicz Padilla received her Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition at NYU. She completed her Dietetic Internship through NYU at New York Methodist Hospital. Additionally, Rachel completed a fellowship in oncology at Mount Sinai Hospital. In addition to her role at Aurora, she is currently the Ambulatory Oncology Registered Dietitian for Montefiore Einstein Center for Cancer Care, Moses Campus. Rachel Padilla serves on several Montefiore and Einstein committees, as well as being a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Oncology Nutrition Dietetics Practice Group, and the Greater New York Dietetic Association.
